Polystyrene (EPS) is one of the many petrochemical by-products
available. It can be supplied in sheet form, as cut or
moulded shapes, or as loosefill. |

| Hot
wire cutting is used to cut sheets from the aprent block to
the required thickness and is also used to create a wide range
of shapes to protect your product such as end caps, discs and
L-channel edge protectors. |

| Whilst
hot wire cutting is suitable for small to medium sized production,
for large volumes we recommened a moulded version. This offers
a low unit cost with a superior finish. |

| Loosefill
is readily available as an 'off-the-shelf" void filler
